Jeff was recommended to me by a friend who had also sold his home with Jeff last year. I had interviewed two other agents before I decided to list it with Jeff and his team. Jeff came up with an excellent Marketing Plan as well as a great follow through program! He suggested what improvements he felt the house needed before we put it on the market, and recommended vendors who completed the work (and billed me through escrow!) which made it very easy and took the pressure off of me! He met the photographers and video team, and was there to let in any vendors when I was not available, and before I knew it, my home was on the market! He held one Open House over the first weekend and we received an offer in less than four days! The buyers wanted a 30 day escrow, and there were a lot of things that needed to be done, but Jeff was on it! He was always there for any questions I had regarding inspections, termite, time frames etc. Phone calls or texts were either answered immediately, or responded to in minutes, not hours or days!
