He and his team were exactly what we needed.....Someone who is an expert in the city, knew the market inside and out and an excellent negotiator. I would ask about any house on the market and he knew the floor plan, all the ins and outs of each house and why it would or wouldn't be good to take a look at. Jeff was always prompt, courteous and professional. I was so pleased with all the marketing they did to sell our place, really first class. We sold our condo quickly which I attribute to his expertise and professionalism to get a deal done. Finding the right home in our price range and desired location was the really challenging part. Jeff & Lindsay were very patient and helpful and knew once we found "the one" We were skeptical as it needed a lot of work. Not only did Jeff advise us on how we could update the property to increase the value but continued to be a great resource for any type of questions we had or referrals for contractors or trades people that we needed for months after we closed. We met at my condo to look over the property and Jeff quickly identified its pros and cons (including some prescient comments re likely sticking points with my buyers) and we then reviewed a portfolio of sales, pendings and actives to arrive at an agreed upon asking price. I had done my own homework and was pleased to see that Jeff's information was complete and we quickly agreed on an asking price. From that day forward, Jeff and a member of his Group (Josh Feeney) stayed in regular contact with me. Amazingly, within 1 1/2 days of listing, my condo sold. The price was where I wanted to be and reflected Jeff's astute negotiations in holding our ground on a final price.
