I am currently not stationed at Travis any longer, but left my home behind. Initially Ronnie took my call and was very professional and said she would pass me onto her son Jeff who handles the rentals. Jeff called a few minutes later and agreed to come out to my home that afternoon to speak with me about management services. Jeff offered his website for me to check out so I could familiarize myself with the process and services he offered. Before out meeting I was well informed because of all the info on the site. All in all the meeting was great, I signed the management agreement and haven't looked back since. That was October of 2013 and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Jeff Link currently has our house as a rental, he is the property manager and realtor who sold me the home. Our fence blew down and I figured it would be a nightmare. Jeff sent out letter explaining the process and he would be obtaining two bids and we could split the cost if it was okay with us. Of course we picked the lowest of the two bids and the process was quick and easy. Awesome customer service.

Jeff is always available if or when a problem arises......he consistently takes care of any issues that may come up with my rental property. I am very pleased.
