Jeff helped us purchase the downtown Salida property of our dreams. Although there were some hiccups with the new build and timeline, Jeff facilitated communication with the seller and assisted with negotiations to help us get just what we wanted. During the property exploration phase, Jeff went above and beyond with showing all the different neighborhoods and helping consider all the options. He had excellent knowledge of the area, and kept us up to date on new property listings. Jeff was patient, and flexible with our busy schedules and always made it work to meet with us.
