First and foremost I want to thank Jeff for everything he has done for us over the past couple of years. In 2017 he was our realtor when we purchased our lot at 4230 Lindbergh Ave Kitty HAWK. We built a beautiful home there. As the market got crazy in OBX we decided to sale it and so we had the BEST realtor Jeff to list for us. Within 3 hrs he had a FULL price contract! Which was unbelievable!!! He was ALWAYS just a phone call away ! He is not only the BEST realtor on the beach he and his wife are our forever friends. He made our buying and selling experience awesome. So if you are in the market to sale or buy please give Jeff a call. He is the best like we said and he will help you in any way.
