Jeff was both very pro-active and always responsive. A buy/sell transaction is never simple so his attention to the many issues leading up to the closing was actually incredible. There were so many issues requiring attention and he was on top of all of them. I have used Jeff previously and the most important quality that he possesses is that he always made me feel like he was in this with me...that my problems were his problems. And that is very re-assuring when there is so much at stake.

I had the privilege of working with Jeff in the sale of one home the purchase of two. Jeff is quite knowledgeable about homes, pluses and minuses, which gave this single woman piece of mind.

Jeff was the one who found me my home 7 years ago, so when I (reluctantly) decided to sell, he was the only realtor I contacted to help me, because I loved working with him as a buyer. And as a seller, he was equally great. We recently purchased our first home and we could not have been happier to have Jeff along with us for the process. Not only was he kind and welcoming, but also very thorough and patient throughout the experience. Whenever we stepped into a house Jeff went far and beyond by not just pointing out the positives, but also the red flags with the house. There were a few times other realtors were showing the house to their clients while we were there as well, and they would just stand there or only point out the highlights. Jeff Kass is exceptional! He listened to our needs and quickly delivered multiple houses to view, and we found our new home within two weeks. Jeff was great in my house search! I think I was probably looking for almost two years! I loved that he wasn't pushy and let me search at my own pace- he'd send me listings everyday, and I'd check them out and come up with a list of the ones I wanted to see and he'd show them to me. Then I ended up having issues closing on what is now my home, and he helped me deal with those. During the whole process he was knowledgeable, helpful, and available when I needed him.
