Initially, Jeff toured the building with us, suggested the updates necessary to make the building attractive to buyers, then coordinated the changes as we prepped for the sale. He completed a thorough market analysis, then listed the property with national exposure. This resulted in multiple competitive offers. He helped us narrow down the best offers, then was in continuous contact with us as we entered escrow. Throughout the sale, Jeff guided us with the utmost professionalism. His experience shines at all times. He communicated clearly and effectively during the sales process. We closed the deal, very satisfied with the result. I recommend him highly, without reservations. Jeff Kane is an excellent real estate agent. He went above and beyond at every opportunity. Our situation was a delicate one. My mom decided to sell her large home after my dad passed away. In addition to the emotional component of selling a home she shared with my dad, my mom did not have any experience with contracts, inspections, e-mail, etc. Jeff was incredibly patient and always had her best interest at heart. He invested countless hours holding open houses, finding contractors for repair work, meeting with contractors, reviewing documents with my mom and many, many, many other tasks too numerous to list in this short review . Jeff fought to sell my mom’s home for top dollar in a difficult market. Jeff’s associate Nick was also very helpful and accessible. We will use Jeff for all future real estate needs.

Jeff was an outstanding realtor for my husband and I, who are both very picky people. Most would say my husband and I are "Type A" people, and honestly, when it comes to something like buying a house, we amp those qualities up even more. But Jeff handled our process with such care and concern, and was incredibly responsive - even at 10:00 at night when we had to call him "with yet another question." <br/><br/>Not sure when Jeff ever sleeps; he would work on our case until 10:00pm and we would have emails again from him in the morning at 6:00am. But he is outstanding, and I couldn't recommend him more. If you choose him, you will know your bright new home is in excellent hands.
