A week before closing, the county lost an entire set of documents needed for closing. The bank suddenly found an usecured loan taken out almost 10 years ago that had never been activated. He gave him many specific details on what we were looking for and he always had several homes for us to look at. He answered all of our questions with ease and he really knows his stuff.
