Communication is very important to me, and Jeff was great with the communication! He was always positive and tried to think "outside the box" with creative ideas and listened to my ideas. "Jeff helped me find the best house for the price that had the parking I needed and the best value I could purchase at the time. Jeff worked extra hours on evenings and weekends and rushed to get out offers in and beat out other buyers. Thankfully he offered an additional deposit that was NOT part of the EMD or at risk because Wells Fargo delayed the loan and I could have lost a substantial amount but with so little EMD at risk, the seller did not cancel and kept the extra deposit. Jeff is very seasoned with real estate contracts and offers and protects his client's interests.
