Having had a not too great experience with a prior realtor, Jeff was everything a good realtor should be! He was timely in responses to any questions we had; had excellent negotiation skills; was knowledgeable about the area the house was in; had excellent negotiation skills; knew how the process worked for selling a house and was truly able to work with us to sell the house in a timely manner. I would recommend Jeff to anyone without any hesitation, and would be more than happy to give a verbal recommendation should it be required.
