Selling our home went far smoother than we anticipated in large part due to Jeff's knowledge regarding repairmen, title officers, etc, his responsiveness, and ability to make sure each item kept being moved forward. We ended up closing escrow sooner than expected because of it. Lastly, he always responded quickly when we had questions.
