Y'all, you won't find a better real estate agent. Jeff is super knowledgeable and communicates everything very clearly. He always treats you as a valued client. We sold two houses with him and I would recommend him and his team to anybody buying or selling. He is definitely the best in Bakersfield!

Over the years, he has sold seven of my properties. He got great deals each time. He is an honest, hard-working, family, man who loves his job.

From my first meeting with Jeff, he always kept me informed as to what was happening with the sale. I believe his expertise and knowledge in the real estate business accounted for the easy sale of my home. Highly recommend Jeff as the agent to sell a home.

Jeff is the best realtor in Bakersfield. Even tho my house was in a desirable neighborhood it lacked a lot of the upgrades that people look for. He helped future buyers to see this and so within a short time on the market my house sold.p

Jeff did a great job helping us sell our house. Selling our home went far smoother than we anticipated in large part due to Jeff's knowledge regarding repairmen, title officers, etc, his responsiveness, and ability to make sure each item kept being moved forward. We ended up closing escrow sooner than expected because of it. Lastly, he always responded quickly when we had questions.

Jeff Jackson was the most professional, hard working, attentive, and detail oriented realtor that I could have ever hoped to work with. He came to me highly recommended and did not disappoint. Jeff will be the first person I call when I plan to sell my current home. Best choice ever!

Jeff was punctual, thorough, and always had our best interests at heart. When we were buying our home, he went above and beyond to find out past problems, solar agreements, potential discounts, and recent upgrades. Not only did he help us during our buying process, he was also patient and willing to work within our time frame. Highly recommended. I’ve recommended him to numerous people after our purchase, and they were all satisfied.

When we decided to sell our home Jeff was the definite choice. After all he was the agent we used when we bought it! Since we were moving out of state, Jeff was a godsend. He helped facilitate things that still needed to be taken care of. Letting people into the home for repairs and cleaning and so on. He was in constant contact letting us know the progress of everything. Once we left town, we didn't have to go back. Jeff made sure our minds were at ease with every step. If you need a caring Realtor that will have your best interest at heart, Jeff Jackson should definitely be your first choice.

I just finished selling my fifth house through Jeff Jackson and his agent, Reef. As usual, they worked hard in tough situations, and I am very pleased with the result. These are the guys to go to.

Jeff and his team did an excellent job in marketing our home. His photographer was amazing, took his time to get the best shots, didn’t rush the job. Jeff saw the quality and the upgrades in the house and priced it accordingly. Jeff and his team were very patient and professional with us. I am happy to refer him to any potential clients. He is the best.

Jeff helped us find our dream home and we couldn’t be more excited he went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful to have met a person like him

Jeff was amazing!! He was so knowledgeable of the area and knew exactly what we were looking for. He was quick to respond to our phone calls and was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a home in the area!
