Jeff has lived in the Las Vegas Valley for more than 20 years and spent more than 15 years in the restaurant business, as a server, bartender and manager, where he learned the value of serving customers at a high level.
He began investing in real estate in the summer of 2003 with 2 partners. He has purchased 31 investment properties with and without partners which they
bought in 6 states (MA, NV, OH, ID, RI & SC)
purchased 13 pre-construction homes, 1 piece of raw land and 17 existing construction (2 of which we rehabbed heavily)
had 4 development pieces, 6 multifamily units and 21 single family homes
From 2004 through 2008 he facilitated the Cape Cod Association of Real Estate Investors, and after returning to Las Vegas in 2009, he was co-facilitator of a similar investor resource called The Real Estate Insiders Club. He also coaches real estate investors. He has 2 published Real Estate Investing courses; one on Partnering and one on Lease-Options and is currently writing a book on negotiating. He firmly believes in being a perpetual student, and he understands that the more he teaches the more he will learn as well.
Selling Real Estate as a licensee since 2009, right in the heart of a foreclosure and short sale market, he “cut his teeth” negotiating short sales. While 1 in 4 short sales were closing in the Las Vegas Valley, he was closing 4 out of 5 and saving many families from foreclosure.
Having received his first computer at the age of 12, he’s also a bit of technology geek, building web sites in the early days of the internet and actively teaching technology to other real estate professionals.
On a personal level he has one teenage son and like to spend his free time sailing, riding motorcycles, playing poker, shooting guns and watching professional football. He has also traveled to Australia, Canada, Mexico, The Bahamas, Bermuda, The Netherlands and Belgium, as well as almost all 50 US states.
