I’ve known Jeff Herge for a long time. For years I’ve used his services as a handyman, and more recently I hired him as my realtor. It was clear from the start that he is honest, hardworking, and trustworthy. In addition, he is very professional. He communicates clearly, sets specific appointment times, and texts or calls if there will be a delay. Jeff was a tremendous help to me during my recent move. He helped me get my old house ready to put on the market, sold it within a few days, and helped me find and purchase a new place, all within a very short time. Jeff is creative, resourceful, and patient, and he truly went above and beyond in helping me with my move. It was good knowing that I could count on him during that stressful time.

He has always been very reliable and very diligent in his work. We would never use any other agent besides Jeff in the future. He's simply a great guy, caring, understanding and awesome to work with. We now consider him a friend as well.
