Jeff educated me on the important and benefits of home ownership about 2/3 years ago. I was extremely nervous about making such a huge purchased and continued to delay the process. Jeff remained patient with me and also kept me encouraged. When I finally decided to move forward with home ownership Jeff was able to refer me over to some extremely competent Brokers that also educated me on the brokerage side of the home buying process. As we began to look for properties I was extremely indecisive about what part of town I wanted to be in. Jeff showed me properties all over the metro Atlanta and was very observant to my my reaction to the different areas (I had no idea) and actually revealed to me what areas he felt that was more fitting for me. Jeff sent properties over to me about every 3/4 days and even was open to impromptu showings. Any email, text or phone call that I made received a response within 2/3 hours. Upon me going under contract, with a new construction, Jeff was able to negotiate several deals (that is almost impossible with new construction). Throughout the entire process Jeff displayed professionalism, patience and a sense of drive to ensure that I was completely pleased with my purchase. Another plus to having Jeff as a realtor is that he is an Atlanta native and is aware of all of the growth through the entire metro area as well as surrounding areas. My home buying process was extremely calming with Jeff as my realtor.
