Jeff always made himself available when I found a house I wanted to look at. I did much of the research myself since I knew what I was looking for in location and home, but Jeff was quick to set up viewing times and provide expert feedback on the properties we looked at. He was also very knowledgeable with navigating the VA loan process and some of the unique requirements involved. I never felt pressured to buy and his insight into the Brevard housing market was invaluable.

Jeff response was excellent, every time we asked him to see a property he will make the appointment immediately and we will go and see it at any time any day. He gave us good recommendations on the areas he believed were more suitable for us and also if we decided to sell in the future that would become more profitable as well. We highly recommend Jeff.

Every home we have ever sold was done with a “For Sale by Owner” sign in our front lawn. That was of course, until we decided to step out of our comfort zone and let Jeff take the wheel. Jeff helped me purchase a home in Rockledge this month (12/2017). We started looking at homes on 07/2017. We saw over 12 houses. He was willing to meet me at odd times troughtout the week and weekends to show me the houses I wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable with the house market in the area I was particularly interested in and specially with the amount of rework the houses we saw required. He noted things about the houses we saw that i don’t think any other realtor would have, such as fixes the house may need not obvious to untrained eye and possible costs. He was also intop of the paperwork my loan officer needed and Jeff’s contribution was fundamental in getting the closing on time. Overall I was very please with his work.
