I have dealt with a few realtors over the past 5 years and, by far, Jeff has been the absolute best! He is very knowledgeable, outgoing and very postive. He even gave me tours of each town I was interested in which made house hunting in a new state very exciting and it helped me pick the perfect home in the perfect town! Once we found the perfect home for me, he helped me through the entire process of negotiating the contract, finding the perfect loan, and even homeowners insurance. Even when I started freaking out and stressing, he calmed me down and helped me by guiding me through each step! Haha, Jeff! You should starting advertising for emotional support realtor, lol! Having the right realtor is extremely important when buying a home and Jeff is the perfect man for the job.
