This revealed that a pipe had been broken by a contractor, leaving water spilling in the crawlspace. The seller winterized the home without informing us, which led to this incident. Jeff and his team negotiated with the seller to pay for repairing the pipe that very day. We were move-in ready immediately thanks to Jeff's expertise. I cannot recommend Jeff enough for his thoroughness, kindness, and skill. He is a great real estate agent and a good person too!
