I’m very pleased to have had Jeff act on our behalf for the sale of my late aunt’s property. Living in the UK meant that we had to leave everything in his hands but, after even our initial meeting with him, his local market knowledge, experience, and good nature meant we could return to Europe confident in his ability. Even so, you never know what could happen but throughout the process Jeff kept us updated with a calendar of events and meticulous records - everything happened according to schedule, and even his initial prediction of listed vs final sale value was spot on. Jeff was also very responsive to all emails, answering questions quickly and efficiently, and always taking the time to put us at ease.
