Provide beautiful photos of our home to real estate publishers. Notified us of changes in the market about price drops. Check the house for us after showing when we were out of town. Taught me to do online signing. Got a good deposit and terms in negotiation of the contract. Kept us informed on the many inspections that took place. Helped us negotiate repairs in a fair manner. He made recommendations on negotiating our contract which resulted in a good offer.
