After three decades of living in Florida, my husband and I decided to move back home to Anniston. Much of the stress of moving was removed knowing that my brother Jeff Ervin with ERA King would be our bridge to finding our next home. The service began while in Florida with conversations of what we wanted in a home and our our price comfortability. Upon returning home, we were ready to start our search. Jeff was prepared with listings and we begun the hunt. Jeff’s professionalism in always having the next set of homes to review kept us encouraged as we made several offers and lost homes that we wanted. However, with Jeff’s dedication to service we were able to find our “home” in one month.
