Not much effort put into selling home. Never once called to go over contract to ensure understanding. Didnt go over propane and included personal items in contract that did not go with the sell of the home. We lost over $1400 in just propane alone. He agreed to make it right but wont return phone calls. Late for closing and kept saying not to worry over things that need much attention.
