My husband and I bought a house in Shelbyville while living 2 1/2 hours away in Owensboro, KY. Jeff was always available to work with our busy schedules after hours and on weekends, even on short notice. With 3 kids and both of us working at the time, it wasn't easy to stay on top of the paperwork involved in buying a home. Jeff stayed in constant contact with us via text, email, and phone to ensure every form was filled out properly and on time. His years of experience in the industry enabled him to easily answer all of our questions and find us the house we were looking for within our time frame. When we later put that house up for sale we had an offer at asking price 5 days after the list date and we closed within a month. Jeff is professional, experienced, and efficient, not to mention kind and a lot of fun to be around! He did everything possible to take the worry and stress out of the home buying & selling process and we would 100% retain his services again in the future!
