Our Lyon Township home selling experience with Jeff was extremely positive. Jeff worked closely with us and really listened to what our key success factors were - including pricing, occupancy considerations, and sell date deadline goals. He provided important insights concerning the state of the market, pricing options, potential buyer's behavior, and with the assistance of a professional consultant, what minor effort/major impact modifications we should make in preparing the home for listing/showings. Communication was clear, efficient, and timely. Digital marketing efforts, including video, along with the price point was obviously effective as we had 5 offers within the first two days of home showings and ultimately accepted an offer for a nice percentage over our listing price.
