Jeff really have excellent grip on the market conditions, especially in Oakland community. He gave us a very realistic estimation for the home. Really helped with good negotiations for the final price. Their listing service is excellent with good pictures of the home and 3D view of the entire house. Support staff is excellent and prompt through out the process.

Jeff has proven to be an expert in his field and is professional and personable. We had the unique situation of jeff being the buyer's and seller's agent. We were initially concerned about our best interests being represented, as the buyers. However, we have worked with jeff for over an year, and his honesty and sincerity in the way he conducts business put our minds at ease. We found the negotiation and transaction to be fair to both parties. We have enlisted jeff to sell our current home as well, and he does a nice job of using modern technology such as 3d and drone images to present the property in a flattering light. Jeff was recommended to us by a friend and we would in turn definitely recommend his services to friends and family.
