Jeff and his team are always the best to work with, buying or selling. This time, we were buying. They were knowledgeable on various properties and helpful on the whole process. We really appreciate Jeff's open & honest communication, never sugar coating or pulling punches. He connected us to a great lender and inspection company too. A fence was a must have for us, and Jeff reached out to countless HOA's to check ahead of time what their bylaws were. Even after closing, Vicki found the HOA contact info for us to submit for that fence!
