He was great.

He help us in all grades of ways. We live over 2 hours away and he knew what me and my wife wanted. He even when out and looked at the land and sent us pictures of it so we could see it. We both work so we couldn't be there in the work week so he meet us on the weekend.He answered any and all of our questions and walked us through them just didn't tell us. He took the time to find out what we wanted and looking for and he found it. If not for him I feel we would have not found our place in the mountains. Also he even ran paperwork for us because we live 2 hours away. Even after the sale he has come by on a weekend while we where on the property working and visit us. We both feel we had a friend not a realtor help us. So what started out as a realtor turned into a good friend. Even after the sale was over he has kept in contact with us and still is helping us with contractors to build for us. Point is we are so glad we found him and where very lucky. We can not thank him enough.
