Jeffrey invited us to an open house in Tracy on August 21st. He messaged me before our 2:00 appointment and asked me to come 15 minutes early. We did. After walking through the house he explained I was 1 of 3 prequalified renters and basically told my daughter and I they wanted to rent to us. Monday August 23rd he spoke with my boyfriend and said he would talk with the owner and get back to us. That is the last I heard from him. It’s ok we didn’t get the house, but NO follow through. We texted 2x and emailed once that week he couldn’t be bothered with us anymore. He never called us back, emailed texted. I saw the listing removed that Friday. Do not use him!!! He will tell you things and then ghost you. Not professional at all!!!!!

Our experience with Jeff is fantastic he helped us and his team get our home in the valley he’s a very nice guy and easy to talk to, he even took our call after a year with regards to insurance questions and little issues but the only thing that we didn’t like is that when we got the house he said there will be gift basket and wine to celebrate ?? we just moved and that’s it ?? we are not expecting anything we are happy that he And his team helped us get our home, he shouldn’t have said anything about gift basket And wine ??
