Dealing with Jeff made the buying process effortless. After he showed us houses in the area we settled on one and Jeff took over. He was spot on with the comps in the area. Devised a game plan for our first offer and worked hard to get us a fair deal. We paid almost 30K less than asking price. Jeff works hard for his clients.
