Jeff has sold three properties for us and helped us with a purchase. Jeff knows the market very well and does his research. Jeff has resources he uses to get a property listed. My first home was a rental and it needed a lot of minor work. Jeff had a team out for several days putting a fresh coat of paint on, fixing baseboards and flooring. The house sold within two weeks.
