I honestly cannot say enough great things about Jeff! He is seriously the best. Super knowledgeable. Very kind and helpful. He would always answer/return my calls and texts. Never made me feel like I was a bother to him. I used him to buy my condo and now used him to sell it! I moved out of state, but really wish I could have had him cloned and brought him with to help me purchase my new home! Lol. Chris is wonderful as well! Just a great overall experience. I did not have as good of treatment when using someone else out of state. That just made me appreciate them even more.?? I highly recommend!
Jeff responded to an inquiry we had about a house in Ramona. We met Jeff as the listing agent on a home on Zillow we wanted to put a bid on. Turns out, it already had an accepted offer! From the start I knew that I was looking for a very particular place to live, this made finding the right house in SanDiegos market quite difficult. Once I had found Jeff he immediately and professionally started showing me houses that met the criteria I was looking for. By the time we found a place I wanted we had looked at quite a few places, never once did I feel like Jeff was getting irritated or trying to get me to settle for less than I was looking for. Jeff and his team were a pleasure. They helped us navigate a challenging closing. We had a few rounds of negotiation with the Seller and we discovered a leaking water heater in the unit above the one we were buying. Jeff and his team worked with the Seller's broker to remedy everything quickly.
