Jeff was very good at finding me the home I wanted. We visited 20 homes in 3 days, and was able to get my home for me within 3 weeks. He was available at all hours for any questions I had. He knew many different contractors that could help me get my knew home the way I wanted.
Jeff operates with the utmost integrity I have seen in real estate. Jeff could have sold us a more expensive townhome that we thought we wanted but instead sold us the right one. Even though he did not make a huge commission on our property, he went the extra mile to ensure that the home we got was in top shape and would fit our needs. As someone that works in sales, I have seen my fair share of salespersons who would sell people something they do not need in order to make a buck. Jeff refuses to do that and that is why I would recommend him to anyone that is buying a home. I can say without a doubt that when we upgrade our home it will be through Jeff Boals.
Jeff hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
