Initially we were looking for an existing home...
Initially we were looking for an existing home in Columbus Ohio area but as we were looking for about 6 months and not finding anything we decided to switch to building. Jeff changed the search criteria to land for sale and he did meet with us to check out a couple of lots. When we had questions regarding the lots we were seeing he readily reached out to the seller to get our questions answered. Eventually we found the lot that we purchased on the internet and Jeff jumped in and helped us with all of the necessary paperwork. We liked him very much and would recommend him to everyone!
