Jed goes above and beyond. We had so many hurdles with both our sale and purchase of our homes and Jed was so patient and diligent in working for us. When things seem like they are out of our control, he keeps us focused on our options and gives us alternative avenues others wouldn't even think of. We almost lost our deal many times, but Jed was amazing and kept it together. So grateful to him!!! I would never use another realtor. Plus, his knowledge of the areas was frank and extensive. LOVE JED!!!

Jed took the time to introduce himself and explain the process and strategy he would use to sell our home. My son and I never felt rushed or hurried into a decision. I really appreciated how he always included texts not just to me, but to my son who was selling the home with me as well as buying our next home. lHe is very polite, respectful and offered great knowledge of the real estate market and had our best interests in mind to get us the most money for our property. Jed was very calm and patient during the entire process despite our home sale taking 3 separate contracts to sell due to the first two buyers loan processing transactions with their lender falling apart. Jed also helped in our purchase of another home. Overall, a GREAT guy and excellent agent

After interviewing three realtors, my son and I both felt Jed offered more of what we were hoping for. We weren’t disappointed. In fact throughout the various stages Jed more than met our expectations in every facet of the selling process. The listing and marketing were superb. The scheduling of prospective buyers and their feedback Jed monitored and discussed with me. Once an offer was accepted, Jed recommended a lawyer who with Jed represented me in negotiations and the closing. Beyond Jed’s expertise as a realtor were character qualities hard to find these days. His honesty, caring, and support every step of the way were especially comforting and impressive, particularly when the bank appraisal fell far short of the accepted offer and MLS value of my home. Jed argued an hour and a half with the appraiser on the uniqueness of my ranch home with a walkout basement, which under Fannie Mae guidelines should have been valued differently, but which the appraiser refused to acknowledge. I can’t think of any prospective seller being in better hands than with Jed Parish.
