Kids & I lived in NC, husband was in Tri-cities for work and we started looking for homes. Me online and him running around with a realtor looking. After 6 months of bad experiences, we found Jed and started over. He was patient and helped sort through the crazy of house hunting from across the country. He listened to what we really wanted and only showed us things we wanted to see. He helped us find our home. He got us in to view, and we made offer that night. I was in a time crunch of having to get back to NC for work. We had inspection, and appraisal finished in 2 days after they accepted offer. It went great and with his help we have a wonderful home.
