When I first met JEB, we discussed terms and what I could get for price because I was the seller. JEB also discussed finishing repairs to get the home show ready. JEB took care of all of the finishing repairs needed. When JEB sent me a listing agreement, it contained all the terms we discussed. I felt good about this because not all realtors are honest. JEB is straight forward discussing any issues that arise. I created a couple of problems during the closing and JEB stepped me through all the issues and JEB worked hard to help me resolve the issues and we closed the sale on time. Thanks JEB for being patient with all my issues during the closing. JEB is a realtor that is concerned with helping his client execute the transaction correctly and the title company that JEB assisted me in finding did an excellent job with closing. JEB is an outstanding hard worker. JEB is honest and this is most important because clients are in a vulnerable position. I highly recommend JEB. He is the best realtor that I have dealt with. JEB did an outstanding job getting my home listed. At the start, JEB and I discussed comps that he researched in the area. JEB was very straight forward about price, rates of commission, as well as other disclosures about realtor/seller agreements. The first listing agreement that JEB sent contained all the terms that we discussed so I felt right away that I was dealing with an honest real estate agent. During the offer and closing process, JEB let me know right away about any issue or challenge so that I as the seller could address the issues so that we could close on time. Even though I as the seller created some challenges that could have impacted closing on time, JEB explained in detail my responsibilities versus the buyers responsibilities during the process. JEB assisted me in completing my responsibilities to ensure an on time closing.

Jeb went above and beyond all that was expected. Taking care of everything we could not do at a distance. Working on weekends and odd times. Telling us things about property needed updates and repares. Would recommend him to anyone. Very pleasant, polite, treated us with respect. Showed us what we wanted. Not pushing to homes we could not afford or want

JEB did a great job from the beginning to end with helping us sell our home. He set us up with landscapers, as well as going above and beyond to help us make sure the interior of the house really shined. We were fortunate to have many showings and JEB made sure to give us as much advanced notice as possible. We ended ended up moving out of state during the close process and JEB helped handle the small issues found during inspection and ensure our property was taken care of until the final close day. All in all, JEB did a great job selling our home and we appreciate everything he did during the process.

This was the best real estate experience I have had so far and I am about 50 years old. I highly recommend Jeb (John E.B. Stewart) for any property transaction or management task. My dad has dementia and it is progressing more rapidly lately. He decided he wanted to sell his house but often made decisions that he forgot about. I got power of attorney to help but was nervous as I did not want to seem disrespectful of my dad and elder by taking over. Jeb was able to smooth over any tough conversations with respectful wording including when I signed all the forms for my dad. In addition, since I live 2 hours south of my dad, Jeb helped me connect with a repairman to make the house look nicer and fix a few minor items before the listing was made. I sent the money for the repairs but he followed up and made sure the work got done correctly so that I didn't have to drive up even more often than I did. He kept in touch by email and text so that I never worried about being out of contact or missing important information. The photos he took and the listing he created was excellent. He even used a drone to take photos. The end result was a listing that far exceeded my imagination for my dad's property. The house sold in 2 days after the listing was posted. He then continued to walk me through the whole process right up to the the signing at the title company. He also helped convert a rental my dad was managing over to Century 21 management. My dad was just not up to handling this anymore. Jeb talked to the renter in a really respectful way and got him to sign a new contract with Century 21. Overall, my whole experience with Jeb (John E.B. Stewart) was excellent and I highly recommend him for both selling and managing property. I can't imagine finding a better real estate professional. He made this huge task so much less stressful than it might have been.
