Excellence, professionalism and communication.
Janine was pivotal in communication efforts between myself and my mortgage broker chase difficulties on trying to have an understanding throughout the process for creating my loan and making sure to follow-up with. Them when things went silent. Also, Janine was very Flexible with my time schedule on doing home tours and responding within a hour or 24 hours of my phone calls If I was to miss them. not only was her professionalism on a field was greatly appreciated, but somewhat personally and being honest with me on some of the listings on their history, her doing her own research on some of the subjects when it comes to some of the home selections, but also having a positive attitude when things were not working out.
