Jeannie was key to our success from selecting a market price, testing the market highs, and fielding the varied offers from predator investors and inexperienced new to market real estate agents. Always the professional, Jeannie invested time in coaching the other realtors…ensuring that their offers were clean and timely! Various a sundry of investors engaged our property. Personally some offers were so low it was insulting. Jeannie guided all of them with encouragement and respect. I didn't know Jeannie when I started my search for a house. I interviewed 4 different agents and she was very professional and well organized during this process. She did her homework and came well prepared for the interview. She immediately stood out from the others and it was a no brainer to hire her. In the current market it was extremely difficult for a buyer to get a home in Central Florida. Jeannie was very proactive during this search. She often went the extra mile in the negotiations and she did an enormous amount of research to help from the buyers perspective. She definitely has your best interest at heart!! She is also an excellent communicator and kept me aware of everything that was happening during the process. It was difficult to get a house against all the other buyers due to the amount of offers that were happening. She ALWAYS maintained a positive attitude and wouldn't let me get down about process.
