My Experience with this AWESOME REALTOR (Jeannie Hallgrimson-GRI) was more then I ever expected. This lady did things I would never expect a realtor to do, she went above and beyond for us! And being with limited funding on our down payment and wanting specific areas, house type, and being very picky (me) she stood by our side the entire way. And after finally finding us a home(because me being picky) and the entire process she got us into a home(our 1st home)!!!! She is a Realtor who knows her job and enjoys her job and cares. She is very explanatory on every step into the finest details in going over everything with us, and making sure we understood what we were signing and why specific things were taking place. For buying our 1st home and having Jeannie Hallgrimson as our Realtor we SCORED WITH THE MOST AWESOME REALTOR WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US IN EVERY STEP IN EVERYWAY. This lady knows her job. And still to this day and it being 7 months now since we have been in our home she still keeps in contact and asks if we have any questions or anything she can do! What realtors out there these days does this still!!!!! Most other realtors you never hear from again they got there commission! As stated in other reviews, Jeannie is the best! She helped me search for, negotiate and complete the purchase of my first home. Being a first time buyer and not knowing the ins/outs of real estate, she was there every step of the way to answer questions and guide me through the process. Moreover, she has great connections in the business, Inspectors, Insurance/Warranty , Mortgage Brokers, etc., who too are the upmost professionals. What I liked best about working with Jeannie is although she had other clients she was working with, I truly felt like I was her sole focus, as she was always on time, always picked up the phone and immediately responded to any of my needs. I know other people in real estate but Jeannie will be the only agent I recommend moving forward!

Jeannie was fantastic in finding our new home. She gave us paperwork of the homes we were going to visit and we made notes in them so we could remember. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

We originally were going to go with another realtor to sell our home, but I had some questions regarding the Title, and I asked a friend if he knew any real estate attorneys. He said he didn't, but he had a long time realtor friend, Jeannie Hallgrimson, who might be able to help me. I contacted her, being up front with her that I already had a realtor, but that I had a few questions she couldn't answer, and Jeannie didn't hesitate, jumped right in and used her own time, pro bono, in trying to help me out. I was so impressed with how much she put into it, knowing she was not going to get a financial reward, that I finally decided to let my other realtor go, and hired Jeannie instead. I was also impressed with Jeannie's extreme micro-knowledge of our town, understanding the split demographics and dynamics of our animal keeping community. That, combined with her very professional appearance, yet warm and friendly attitude, made the whole process so much easier to deal with. We had some very sticky legal issues, again regarding the Title, and let me say, in my darkest moments, Jeannie was always there as my best cheer leader, never letting me get down for long, always positive that the problems would be cleared up, always reassuring me, which made me feel so much better, as I was by then living 2000 miles away. It is very scary to be in the middle of selling your house, major legal issues, and not being there physically, but I had Jeannie, and of course, with her countless (unpaid) hours, everything was finally cleared up, the house sold, and she called me and told me I could finally open the present SHE gave ME before I moved. How thoughtful is that?! When my children are ready to buy a house, I will be contacting Jeannie, and more importantly, I feel like I have made a life time friend.
