We are out of town sellers for a co-op in Laguna Woods. We have never lived in that property so we knew from the beginning we needed an experienced agent and also someone who can help us coordinate all the renovation needed. Buying in Laguna Woods is difficult. Not only do you have to select a property that fits your needs, but one that is economically possible in your budget. I also lived a distance away.
