What a great experience! We were in a rush to prep, list, and sell our condo in Chicago all while simultaneously moving out of state. After interviewing a number of realtors, we fortunately deciding to go with Jeannette and are so happy we did. From day one, her personal touch, knowledge, guidance, and experience helped us get everything ready to go for listing and showing. Weekend 1 - after only being on the market for 4 days - we had multiple showings and offers and were able to go under contract at above our list price! From there, Jeannette took the reigns and managed everything thru till closing. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience working with her. 5 stars across the board and recommendations to everyone I know in the Chicagoland area!
