We worked with her on selling our condominium in Anaheim and buying a single family home in Huntington Beach. Jeannette did a deep market research to help us determine a selling price which got us very competitive offers right after the first open house weekend. She helped by providing us the offers’ conditions with pros and cons. More importantly, she reminded us to put in the SIP contingency so we would not be “homeless” while searching for a new home. That surely did a major task. It was not easy to find a house we wanted within our budget. She suggested us a home inspection company which was beyond amazing. They inspected the house just like they would be living in that.
