Jeanette was a fabulous Realtor. She sold my condo in a week for a price I couldn't imagine. Her communication with me was outstanding. She told me what was going on every step of the way. We worked with her on selling our condominium in Anaheim and buying a single family home in Huntington Beach. Jeannette did a deep market research to help us determine a selling price which got us very competitive offers right after the first open house weekend. She helped by providing us the offers’ conditions with pros and cons. More importantly, she reminded us to put in the SIP contingency so we would not be “homeless” while searching for a new home. That surely did a major task. It was not easy to find a house we wanted within our budget. Jeannette spent hours and days to go houses to houses with us without one word of complaint or a sight of tiresome. When we found a right home to purchase, she carefully put in the offer with terms and in timely matter. Our offer got accepted partly because of her professional offer package! She suggested us a home inspection company which was beyond amazing. They inspected the house just like they would be living in that. We felt safe; we felt like we put our full trust in the right hands.
