This woman is amazing! She delt with so much, including my impatient attitude at times. Jeanette was introduced to us through our lending agent. She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She is able to answer any and every question we came up with. She went through every step we would be taking before we even started. Jeanette did a walkthrough and suggested a few things to do before we list the house for sale. I believe doing this helped sell the house a lot faster. She had recommendations for different people to do the work and the prices were reasonable. Once we were ready to list she let us know when the listing went live! Within a few moments of going live Jeanette was recommending an open house the following day. She put together a spreadsheet so we could easily look over the offers we received. With all the work we did before listing the house the repairs needed after the inspection were minimal!
