Hello my experience with Jeannet Wright, was truly amazing from start to finish. Where do I begin? Wow!Jeannet Made buying a house such a breeze! My fiancé and I were new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Jeannet was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Jeannet explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage broker. This made it really easy to move into our new home in less than 1 month. The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Jeannet went above and beyond and even has checked on us after moving in to our home. Highly recommend.

She is professional and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions or concerns in a very timely manner (day or night). Jeanette was knowledgeable about the Real Estate Market in Shaker Heights, Ohio and was helpful with her packet of information upon first meeting that answered all of our questions. Jeanette was timely, professional, courteous and hard working. Jeanette knew about our house and how to best make it inviting to the new owners. We asked her to be present for all the prospective buyers and kept us updated on the housing market in our area. When you sale your home, you want a compassionate, kind, caring person that you can confide in. You also want a person who is intelligent and forthright. I contacted Jeannett, early on, to discuss plans of selling my house at 4136th E99th. The selling process often involves a number of dynamic issues ranging from market value to pending repairs to buyer funding roadblocks. Jeannett remained diligent with protecting my best interests, providing guidance and orchestrating the entire process. I would like to add that selling process took place during a difficult time, involving an aging parent. While it was not part of her job description, Jeannett was very understanding and supportive. Thankfully, the house was sold in satisfactory fashion. I really appreciate her expertise as an agent and her approach as a good human being!
