I wouldn’t even know where to start lol I first meet Jeanne in 2012 through a friend. She helped us find or 1st first home when we got married in 2013. Our relationship developed into something more where she attended our wedding years later we still kept in touch through Facebook and when we decided to sell and move to Jersey we decided to use Jeanne again because our experience on our 1st home was such a breeze so we sold our home in Staten Island and bought our 2nd home in Jersey and even tho this time around was a little different lol, Jeanne was there every step of the way with us no matter what time of day we would call or text her she was there for us and helped us out in every way possible and was very comforting, our friendship grew even stronger. Jeanne was AMAZING! She found us this listing to go check out after it checked off all that we were looking for and we fell in love. We were first time home buyers, so very new to this process, and she was extremely detailed the entire way through. She navigated the whole way with us with putting in our offer, how to get an inspection, what she looks for when she’s looking at houses, understanding the entire process of home buying, etc. and all of this information was very, very helpful. We were really nervous about buying in this market because we know it’s so competitive, but she helped make it happen. I’m not sure we could have gotten this house (under asking AND closing within 5 weeks) without her!!

I met Jeanne Volpe through my sister who is a neighbor of Jeanne's best friend. Did I hit the jackpot???!!! Not only did Jeanne find me the perfect house with an incredible price tag in a 55+ community which had a fenced in deck for my dog (no fence is a deal breaker), she was amazingly warm, kind, funny, professional and so knowledgeable. I was in the process of making a major life change as my husband had passed away on April 1. I decided to leave Massachusetts (where I had lived for more than 50 years) and relocate to be closer to my family. I was a nervous wreck, not sure if I was making the biggest mistake of my life. She bombarded (good) me with listings from various communities with different prices in different counties. She then followed up promptly with appointments and her professionalism was obvious not only to me but also with communicating with other brokers. So now I have a gorgeous new home and new friend.
