This was the third time I have utilized Jeannie's services as a realtor. The first two times Jeannie worked more with my now deceased husband for all the preparation, financial and otherwise. This time, handling it by myself, I was anxious and concerned that I would not have all my "ducks in a row" to sell my house. She made it so easy for me. If I had a question or a concern, Jeannie was back to me promptly. She listened to what I had to say. We discussed pros and cons, while making use of her experience and knowledge, yet always allowing me the seller the final say so, without pressure. Throughout the whole process we laughed a lot. I could not have asked for a more positive experience. I would recommend her and use her services again!

It took 6 months but no one could have anticipated the market challenges: Covid and City Unrest. Jeanne's persistence came through! She was readily available to chat with me.
