She quickly came to help me assess what I needed to do to prepare my place for lease, explained how the process worked and suggested a rate. Additionally, she had recommended specific people in trades and other services. In some cases, when I could not be home she took care of meeting them there. I didn’t know Jeanine but she sold me quickly because she focused in on my needs. There is a huge difference in real estate consultants especially here in California. Many are in it for a quick buck although they will tell your differently. With this being my 6th home and relocating from the east coast, Jeanine by far beat my expectations. She manages the complete buying journey and was available 24/7 and even helped with the closing of my home on the east coast. As first time home buyers we didn't know how to start the process. When we first looked at homes a lot of the realtors who showed the homes also tried to represent us. How would we know who they were really working for? Jeanine was great and asking all the questions at open houses that we may not have thought about, also we were moving to a new area we have not been before she was amazing at giving us as much information she knew about each area and how it would be for our family and young child. Jeanine made my dream of owning a Victorian come true. I needed to sell my home in a hurry so that I could buy this one of a kind Victorian that had just come on the market.
