She quickly came to help me assess what I needed to do to prepare my place for lease, explained how the process worked and suggested a rate. Additionally, she had recommended specific people in trades and other services. In some cases, when I could not be home she took care of meeting them there. Jeanine was very communicative and made the process as easy as it could be. She certainly knows the Clayton area very well! I would highly recommend her for selling, buying or leasing.

I didn’t know Jeanine but she sold me quickly because she focused in on my needs. There is a huge difference in real estate consultants especially here in California. Many are in it for a quick buck although they will tell your differently. With this being my 6th home and relocating from the east coast, Jeanine by far beat my expectations. She manages the complete buying journey and was available 24/7 and even helped with the closing of my home on the east coast. As first time home buyers we didn't know how to start the process. When we first looked at homes a lot of the realtors who showed the homes also tried to represent us.
