After my father passed away, we needed to sell his condo. My brothers and I live on the west coast and didn’t know where to begin to list our father’s condo in Florida. Jeanine was recommended by our attorney and worked with us to price, list and sell the condo with only one trip for us out to Florida. When we were arranging to clean out the condo, she was so helpful since we were from out of state to give us recommendations for where we could donate furniture and purchase packing supplies, etc. Not being familiar with local condo prices or the market, she helped us understand the price range she believed the condo could sell for and her recommended list price. Within a few weeks, we had a full price offer, which was accepted. The condo HOA was very difficult to work with and were slow to review and approve the prospective buyer. We had to extend the closing date several times due to the HOA and Jeanine worked hard to diligently pursue action from the HOA while keeping the buyer in contract.
