5 stars are not enough for Jeanine! She is so professional and yet so personable. Always gracious when buried under questions from her client and either has the answers or gets them asap. She’s gold!

Jeanine was friendly and competent right from the start. She listened to things that I was looking for in a home, and picked well thought out listings to look at. For each home, she always asked what I liked / didn't like, so that we could narrow down the choices to the top ones. The whole process moved along quickly because she listened and didn't waste my time. She is truly kind, friendly, and will make you feel like you are the only one she is working with at the time. Selling houses has been a nightmare for me in the past. This house started out, no differently until I met Jeanine Delaney. For the first time ever, I found the perfect realtor. She is factual, not emotional, very easy to work with, professional, and truly knows the market. She did not pressure us to lower the price and knew exactly what it would take to sell the house.
