The home-buying experience is very intimidating, but Jeanice was patient and understanding with all of our questions. She spent so much time helping us understand the steps and never seemed frustrated when we didn't understand the first (or fifth!) time. Jeanice really worked to understand what we were looking for, even as we were trying to figure it out for ourselves. We always felt like she was working for us and being honest with her opinions and advice. We'd use Jeanice again in the future.
